Shipping policy
California orders ship within 1-3 business days. Every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Standard shipping usually takes within 1-3 business days once shipped. Midwest 3-5 business days. East Coast 5-7 business days
International Shipping available through USPS and UPS. International orders may be subject to additional charges based on the country's taxes, tariffs and duties.
UPS International orders may require signatures upon receipt. Shipping rates for all international orders are calculated at checkout time.
Reminder: Shipping charges do not include international customs, duties, tariffs and broker taxes. All applicable taxes and duties are paid by the customer and are dues to the carrier. Contact your local customs office for more details regarding applicable taxes and value limits.
AFO, DFO and DPO shipments are considered domestic shipments and are handled by USPS. Military shipments can take up to 21 days to deliver.
ALCHEMAIC is not responsible if:
- Packages are refused due to high duties and taxes;
- Packages are not picked up by recipient at the local holding facility;
- Packages cannot clear customs because of restrictions;
- Items are confiscated by local Customs; or
- Inaccurate or incomplete information.
